I contributed to PMI’s eLearning course AI in Agile Delivery as one of the AI Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting the course curriculum.
My contribution focused on practical, hands-on demonstrations showing how modern AI tools can be applied in real agile delivery environments. Specifically, I demonstrated how to:
Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Ground those agents in SharePoint data to ensure responses are based on trusted organizational information
Publish and make the agents available in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot
Enable leadership and delivery teams to learn, experiment, and interact with AI in a safe and structured way
The goal of my sessions was to help learners move beyond theory and understand how AI can be practically integrated into agile ways of working, supporting collaboration, decision-making, and continuous learning using publicly available Microsoft tools.
This contribution was delivered as part of PMI’s official professional development curriculum and is included in the AI in Agile Delivery course offered through PMI’s eLearning platform.

I contributed to PMI’s eLearning course Practical Application of Generative AI for Project Managers as one of the AI Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting the course content.
My contribution focused on practical, day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 Copilot to help project managers understand how generative AI can support real project work across the tools they already use.
Through hands-on demonstrations, I showcased how project managers can use Microsoft 365 Copilot within:
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Loop
Excel
Outlook
PowerPoint
Word
OneNote
Whiteboard
The demonstrations were designed to help project managers learn how AI can assist with planning, communication, documentation, analysis, and collaboration, rather than treating AI as a theoretical or experimental concept. The goal was to educate project managers on how to responsibly and effectively apply generative AI in their daily workflows.
