AI Agents That Work With Your Project Team

  • Cape Town South Africa (map)

Most project managers are running seven or eight projects at the same time across different tools. Jira for one team, Azure DevOps for another, Monday.com for a third. Half the day goes to chasing updates, building status reports, and trying to piece together what's happening before you can even start making decisions.

In this session, I'll show how to build custom AI agents that work alongside your project team across planning, analysis, execution, monitoring, and reporting. We'll start with declarative agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot that pull from your project files and conversations to answer questions and surface insights your team would otherwise miss.

Then we'll get into Copilot Cowork and see how it handles multi-step tasks like status rollups, risk analysis, and creating a full project plan in Jira straight from project documentation. We'll connect these agents to Azure DevOps, Monday.com, and Jira so you can see how this works with the tools your teams already use.

We'll also look at deep reasoning agents and how they can break down complex project decisions, analyze project data, and give you something you can act on.

Everything in this session is hands-on. You'll leave knowing how to build declarative agents, connect them to your project tools, and use Copilot Cowork and deep reasoning agents to get real work done.
